1 Account Creation & Eligibility

To create an account on e7e7 and use the platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be located in Bangladesh and use of this platform must be lawful under the laws applicable in your area.
• All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The account may not be operated by a professional player or by any person who has previously been banned from e7e7.

2 Account Verification

e7e7 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and location at any time. If required, the platform may ask you to provide a national identity card, passport, or other official documents. Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in the account being suspended or closed, and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

3 Account Security & Password

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Please keep the following in mind:

• Keep your password strong and unique, and do not share it with anyone.
• The account may not be transferred to or shared with any third party.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify the e7e7 support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

4 Account Closure & Suspension

e7e7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. This applies in particular to cases of breach of terms, fraudulent activity, suspicion of money laundering, or operating multiple accounts. Funds held in a suspended or closed account may be returned after verification.

You may also request closure of your account at any time by contacting the e7e7 support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

5 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the e7e7 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Use only a payment method registered in your own name for deposits.
• Depositing funds through a third party or anonymously is prohibited.
• The deposit amount will be added to the account after successful verification.

6 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method you used for your deposit.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase if verification is required.
• Any portion subject to an incomplete bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• e7e7 may delay or suspend a withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.

7 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the e7e7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If currency conversion is required, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and an additional conversion fee may be charged. Please check with the e7e7 support team in advance regarding this fee.

8 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at e7e7, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,500 — total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳28,000 and receive a bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳48,000.

A wagering requirement of 15x applies to the bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

9 General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and conditions. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A bonus can be received only once; using the same offer more than once is prohibited.
• e7e7 reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Any attempt to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means will result in the account being cancelled and the bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be used to play games.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering calculations; please ask the support team about the contribution rate for specific games.

10 Game Fairness & Integrity

All games on the e7e7 platform are operated with fair play ensured. We use SSL encryption and secure technology to ensure the impartiality of all game outcomes. Any attempt to alter game results by external means is strictly prohibited.

11 Betting Rules

• All bets cannot be cancelled once they are finalised.
• e7e7 reserves the right to cancel a bet if it is confirmed as a result of a technical error.
• Coordinated betting from multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any automated method is strictly prohibited.

12 Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete due to server issues, internet disconnection, or other technical reasons, e7e7 reserves the right to reconstruct or cancel that round. In such cases, the user's bet amount will be refunded.

13 VIP Program Terms & Conditions

e7e7's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can move up to a higher tier by playing more games and staying active on the platform. VIP benefits may change at any time.

14 Responsible Gaming Policy

All content on the e7e7 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of e7e7 or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using these elements without written permission is prohibited.

20 Changes to Terms & Validity

e7e7 may change these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If any provision of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain fully effective.
